Mayank Enterprises ("we") provides messaging tools that help businesses send messages to, and chat with, their customers on WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can reach us at cmmayank41@gmail.com.
We use this information to deliver and display messages, run campaigns that people agreed to receive, send automatic replies, record opt-ins and opt-outs, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information with Meta Platforms, which runs the WhatsApp Business Platform, so that messages can be delivered. We also use a hosting provider to run our servers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
When a business uses our service to message its customers, that business decides who to message and why, and we handle the data on its behalf. If you have a question about a message you received, please contact the business that sent it first.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving promotional messages. Reply START to receive them again. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing cmmayank41@gmail.com. See also our data deletion page.
We keep information while a business uses our service and for as long as needed for legitimate or legal reasons. When you ask us to delete your information we do so, and copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire, within about 30 days.
We protect information with sign-in controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
